Former President Donald Trump stated Monday that the nation loves each the Gold Star mom and her son, a 20-year-old Marine killed within the Kabul, Afghanistan, airport bombing, after the mom invited Trump to her son’s funeral.
Trump thanked the mom for her actions and acknowledged her son, Kareem, in a press release Monday that was emailed to his supporters. The message made no indication of whether or not or not the previous president would attend the service.
