The Pakistan Army on Thursday rejected what it generally known as “unwarranted assertion” of a high-ranking Indian Army officer regarding the presence of launching pads and terrorists in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).
Regular Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Northern Command, Lt Gen Upendra Dwivedi on Tuesday said that spherical 160 terrorists are prepared on the launch pads in PoK for an opportunity to sneak into India.

Reacting to Defence Minister Rajnath Singh’s newest assertion hinting at retrieving PoK, Lt Gen Dwivedi said a parliamentary resolution exists on the subject, subsequently it’s nothing new. “As far as the Indian Army is anxious, it’s going to carry out any order given by the federal authorities of India. We’re always ready for it,” he said.

The “unwarranted assertion” of a high-ranking Indian regular relating to PoK is “an apt manifestation” of the Indian army’s “delusional mindset” and it confirmed the vivid imprint of residence political showboating on Indian navy thought, the Inter-Suppliers Public Relations (ISPR) – the media wing of the army – said in a sequence of tweets.
“The fallacious remarks and unfounded allegations of so generally known as ‘launch-pads’ and ‘terrorists’ are an attempt to divert consideration,” it said.
It said Pakistan navy has the potential and preparation to thwart “any misadventure or aggression in direction of our territory”.
