New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo submits letter of resignation

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo submitted his letter of resignation hours earlier than he formally vacates the workplace.

Cuomo, 63, introduced his resignation on Aug. 10 following the discharge of New York Lawyer Basic Letitia James’s report outlining 11 allegations of sexual harassment towards the governor.
