Hogan admonishes Baltimore metropolis faculties for lack of air-con

Five years after Gov. Larry Hogan ordered Baltimore Metropolis Faculties to create a plan that may add air-con to its faculties, 31 of the town’s faculties have been closed this week as a result of lack of air-con, drawing a heated change between the governor and college officers.
