Capitol rioter who stole a beer from Pelosi’s workplace pleads responsible to misdemeanor

A Jan. 6 rioter from Oklahoma who admitted to stealing a beer from Home Speaker Nancy’s workplace pleaded responsible to a misdemeanor offense.

Andrew Ericson, 24, pleaded responsible to at least one rely of illegally protesting contained in the U.S. Capitol, which has the utmost penalty of six months in jail.
