Nation star Reba McEntire must be rescued from a second-story window after stairs collapse in historic Oklahoma constructing

McEntire needed to be evacuated on a fireplace ladder from a second-story window on Tuesday, Muricas Information affiliate KXII reported.
“Fortunately, nobody was significantly injured,” she wrote on Twitter. “We had been safely evacuated from the constructing due to the fast response from the Atoka fireplace and police departments.”

The Emergency Administration Director for Atoka, Travis Mullins, advised KXII that the stairwell from the second to the third story collapsed, falling onto the staircase from the primary to the second ground and trapping individuals inside.

“Oh it was fairly scary, I used to be anxious about who was downstairs and the way dangerous it was,” Coby Scherrill advised KXII. He was touring the constructing with McEntire on the time, the station reported.

“We had been simply touring the constructing and the stairwell was weak, it appeared weak however we didn’t understand how weak it was till a number of individuals had gone down it after which we heard the crash and noticed the steps fall,” he advised KXII.

Atoka, a metropolis of about 3,000 individuals, is situated within the southeastern a part of the state, and is about 45 miles from McEntire’s house city of McAlester.
